Refund Policy
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our products for hygiene and product handling reasons. However, there is an acceptance that we will accept returns of incorrectly ordered items or undamaged cards.
Note there will be a 20% fee to cover admin coat, restocking and process fees involved in the transition. Your item must be in the same condition you received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All our decks come shrink-wrapped; once opened, the item is not eligible for a refund.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return questions at by.shaziasmith@gmail.com
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Please note we are not liable for any customs or import duties the destination countries may demand. It is the buyer's responsibility to research before purchasing.
